The Twin Cities’ Agra-Culture

This weekend’s adventure was to Agra-Culture, a restaurant in Uptown Minneapolis. They have some great options for anyone, and are especially focused on vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Agra-Culture also has fresh juice presses and cleanses.

I had the Chicken Apple Flatbread that had roasted chicken, organic apple, mozzarella, organic arugula, and agra vinaigrette, with a Charcoal Lemonade. I have never tried either one before, but they were both fresh and delicious. I would definitely get them both again! My friend Megan had the vegan Fiesta Flatbread which had pepper jack, corn, cilantro, chimichurri, and lime crème fraîche. Both Flatbreads were made on Gluten-free crusts.

The inside of Agra-Culture itself reflects the same organic and fresh feel as it’s food. From the lights, to the colors, to the cascading green wall of plants- it makes for a great place to eat and relax with friends.

Agra-Culture I went casual with a classic gray T-shirt, dark boyfriend jeans, and black heeled booties. I added my rose-gold hoops and did my hair in a half-up do’ to make the look great for a night out.

The Twin Cities has been growing with more and more restaurants geared toward organic, gluten-free, and vegan/vegetarian options. I for one love this change and can’t wait to try more restaurants like this.

Any suggestions?

      1. Yes, I am, I made some grammar mistakes, in my post. I live in the cities sort of more in the suburbs area, but I’ve never thought to check out much of the Twin Cities. I am in a social media marketing class and thanks to that I have been able to explore the Twin Cities a lot more and then I get to blog about the events that I go to and experience. Here is a link if you want to check it out!

      2. Oh awesome! Yes I have a whole list of places I really enjoy under my coffee & food category in my blog, if you’re interested 🙂 I will definitely check out your post!
